For Terminal B the two describe the same area differently — Waymo says outside the Rental Car Center, the airport lists Ground Transportation Island Stop 7 — so both wordings are carried.

Tesla describes its Bay Area service as supervised; a safety driver is aboard. Re-verified on 2026-08-17: the airport authority still lists Tesla at Terminal A Stop 1 and Terminal B Stop 8, with dropoffs at both departures curbs. Tesla’s own rider support pages could not be read (they refuse automated requests), so this record rests on the airport authority plus Tesla’s filing rather than on an operator help page.
